When will my order be processed?
When your order is received, it will be processed within 2-4 business days. We only ship and deliver Monday through Friday.
How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on location and selected shipping method.
What shipping methods do you use?
Elemental Soapworks online store uses UPS and USPS to ship our products. Please contact us if you require another shipping method.
Do you charge any extra fees?
There are no additional packaging or handling fees. We only charge you what UPS or USPS charges us for the delivery.
My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?
Please contact Elemental Soapworks and we'll be happy to track your order.
How do I return a product that I purchased online?
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Please indicate the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, secure the package and mail to:

We'll credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please contact us for details and pricing. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties. Elemental Soapworks is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department. Additionally, when ordering from Elemental Soapworks, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
